The couch covers fit great except the chaise cover but I knew that when I ordered. Ours is a little shorter than what they make. We have someone that can alter it. Would definitely order again!!! Love to see our pups on it and it stays clean . Also they wash up nice!

Excellent product

At first my dog and cat were hesitant to get on the sofa with new covers. Now they love it. I love the look and feel of covers. My only criticism is the long wait for delivery and no updates. Wish now had ordered another set in different color.

Product exactly as described, perfect for us!

I like the product very much, but... the delivery time was absurdly long (45 days from placing the order and being charged) until the package arrived. There were no updates and no information as to the whereabouts of my order. When I was finally contacted by customer service, the agent was polite and apologetic, and promised to expedite my order. (And apparently did not). However, it took numerous emails to the company to finally get that agent to contact me. While I definitely recommend the furniture covers, I am very unhappy with the lack of communication or updates, and with the exceptionally long delivery time despite being charged immediately. Be aware!

The ordering process was easy, the arrival was fast and the product is amazing. For pet parents these covers are a life saver.

Beautiful soft cushion covers and I love the color. Our dog sleeps comfortably and I’m no longer stressed that she’ll ruin the sofa.

My order was delayed recently for a bit in shipping and customs and I began to doubt I would ever receive my covers. I emailed several times and always received a prompt reply. I have now received my covers and I am so pleased with them! They are very comfortable and look so good! I can say they are a legitimate company and I believe they want to serve their customers the best way they can.

Love how they fit, so easy to take off to wash.

Been waiting over 6 weeks and can’t get ahold of a live person for a reason , got one email said there was shipping delays , still waiting , sent them an email requesting my money back , still waiting on a reply

Ordering was easy, delivery was fairly fast, and I love my sofa covers. They're so easy to use and clean, and look really nice. Also very comfortable!

Ordered a set the first time, came promptly, no issues. I liked them and decided to order a second set so I could put new ones on while washing the other set. Took over a month for them to arrive, and when they finally arrived, they'd sent the wrong thing. I ordered a chaise cover, 5 back covers and 2 seat covers. They sent 2 back covers and 5 seat covers, the opposite of what I'd ordered. I emailed them to find out what could be done, and to date, they haven't deigned to respond. They're good if you get what you want, but if you don't, I guess you're just stuck with whatever you get. Good luck to you.

This is my 2nd purchase from this company. First order went exactly as planned, received the cover within a week or so. Second order however is a complete mess. I ordered May 8, 2025 and received an email stating I will receive the covers within 3-5 business days...great! Ok it is now June 23, 2025 and I am still waiting for the covers. On 5/23, I contacted the company, they explained that there is a back order and I should receive them soon. Contacted them again on 6/2/25 on status of covers..I am now told that they will expedite my order. Well guess what on 6/9/25 I received an email showing that my order was just received in CHINA. Needless to say I am very upset about this considering the site shows the company is in Nevada.

Based on the frequency of adds i decided to try this product. It just took so long for my covers to arrive. Once they did finally arrive, I put covers on my couch and love them. The other downside was I saw in the adds different patterns but could not access anywhere in website to choose another pattern.
