I had never used Sooty Brushes before but managed to book a clean as our regular chimney sweep was unavailable.
From the moment Luke arrived he was polite and professional. He has given our chimney & woodburner the clean of its life! He used a camera to check the liner and found a blockage which he cleared no problem. He gave advice & helpful tips and cleaned up and left not one speck of dirt. A very knowledgeable man & it’s safe to say that I shall be using Luke going forwards!

Luke is an extremely professional and knowledgeable person. He came to sweep the chimney and identified that there were a few issues with the chimney itself and then worked with us to rectify the problem. Exceptional communication as well. Highly recommend him.

Brilliant. Chimney was swept within 15minutes and no mess.
I am thinking of changing from an open fire to a multi fuel burner. Luke was most helpful with measurements, wattage, types of different fires, etc. And what a lovely young man he is, so professional and yet so down to earth.
I shall be booking Sooty brushes every year from now on, for the chimney to be swept.
