Bought a used peugeot 308sw from this garage in November 2024 very good buying experience from Shane tuner.
Had a fault appear on car after a few weeks was told to bring car back but being near xmas I waited until after new year took car in March for diagnostic test fault found was told by Pete service dept that the car would be in roughly 2vweeks. This is now May and still awaiting car to go in for repair fobbed of as waiting for courtesy car. Absolutely Joke the company just want your money . Bugger anything else.

Dreadful car buying experience in so many ways. Rang to make sure car was still available prior to 100 mile round trip - arrived at showroom to find that it had been loaned out some time previously. Car was returned 4 hours later, test driven and agreed to buy. Rang next day with queries, told someone would ring back - never did. Went to collect car a few days later and found paintwork damage after valet - not noticed by dealer. Was told to get a price from my local body shop but was then told it was too high and they would do it. Had to return car (100 mile round trip x 2) and was given a loan car which had an expired MOT. No offer of fuel reimbursement for having to return car to correct damage caused by them.

Awful, worse car I've ever purchased. After 2 weeks it started playing up, why? It had a siezed up aux belt tensioner that had been siezed up for a while. The car is supposedly checked over by mechanics before put on sale. They miss something as obvious as this then there is no hope is there. Withing moments of been at a kia dealer the issue was clear straight away. Avoid at all costs.

I got in touch about a car which was on Auto trader and also on their site for £5995. They said they couldn't sell it for that as it had been wtongly priced (I have a screenshot of it at that price on their own website). A couple of minutes later the price had been increased to £6495. I am massively unimpressed.
