It’s not a Swiss store. A bad quality Chinese.
I ordered some goods from sophia-bern.ch by thinking it was a Swiss goods but it was not.They shipped from China. When I received the goods, it wasn’t what I was expecting. I returned the goods and the customer service is telling me they didn’t receive the goods after 3 months!!!!
Tried to offer 10% refund :(
They still not refunding me after ping-pong of over 50 emails !!!!
Absolute scam.
I paid 150chf for items that are not looking even close to what is displayed on the pictures. I sent them proof and they still persist on me sending back the items to China on my own costs and tot op it off - the address they provide is not even existing.
Now I will raise a police claim and ask my bank to return the payment.
I ordered shoes from sophia-bern.ch thinking it was a Swiss company. They were shipped from Asia after almost two weeks and arrived in a thin plastic bag, not a box. The leather was wrinkled and damaged. Customer service is very slow (several days for each reply) and only offered 10% refund or a replacement with the same packaging, while expecting me to pay return shipping to Asia. Definitely not the quality or service I expected from a Swiss website.
