Absolute scam of a company - ordered a deluxe Italian wool coat and received 100% polyester. No label. Asked for an ABN and they gave me a fake number. Reported them via PayPal - got offered a 40% credit - refused it and have reported them to ACCC. Ghost company - several of these are popping up on social media under different names - all with the same story - forced to close down. Beware everyone!

A scam. Received the item and the fabric was shocking... When I asked to return I was told it would cost more than the garment itself. $130.00 Comes across as a Melbourne Company but is not..You have to return to Asia

Yep. Me too. Scam. Looks like it's an authentic Aussie site and I was on my phone and committed the cardinal sin of not cross-checking reviews. The items are NOTHING like they were described. Sophie-Claire are saying "send back to asia for AU$120-140 or we'll give you a credit. I'd take the credit but hey - I think exactly the same thing will happen. Advertised as "silk pyjamas" and "Polyester" arrives. Ugghhh. Sucked in!

Do not waste your money. They do not honour the cancellation policy and use delaying tactics to not refund the money you are owed. The website indicates they are in Melbourne and closing down. This is a lie!!! When asked about these statements, they claim they are an international business and ignore the question about closing down. Total scam and they will be reported.

Total scam. Garments received were incredibly poor quality. No labels on them, material is not what it claims to be (“cashmere” feels like cheap polyester). Clothes don’t fit right, button holes were missing. I’m disappointed I got sucked in by their “closing down” sale. I have complained to the company contact email, who state they will give 30% refund, but I am not expecting to receive it. These clothes will be going straight to the salvos, who will probably struggle to move them on, even as donations.

Terrible! Stay away. These guys are super dodgy and I am in the process of reporting their business to the ACCC and Consumer Affairs for breach of Australian Consumer Law. The quality and fit of the item received was extremely poor and in order to get a refund they are requesting I send the item back to a warehouse in China. Miraculously though, if I want a replacement or credit note I can return the jacket to a local address. Completely unacceptable.

this website is a scam - I have ordered a coat - not received it or any email saying that its coming. avoid this - its definitely not based in Melbourne or closing down.

Ordered from this website. Says it's Melbourne based however the item is being imported and taking forever. Clearly misleading. I am frightened that when I receive the item it will be poor quality as that what other reviews are saying. Very disappointing considering what I paid.

Bought a nice dress online as it was advertised as a local
Sydney Boutique. When the dress arrived it was a completely different colour and shocking quality. When requesting a refund (advertised as ‘hassle free’) I was told to pay a $60 shipping fee to the warehouse in China or receive a 20% refund and keep the dress. They even used the term ‘hassle free’ in when encouraging to keep the dress.

I am upset I tried to support a local business and in turn feel completely ripped off. I hope no one else makes the same mistake as me. I have reported them to the ACCC for misleading conduct.

Fake website, states it's from Sydney but dresses are definitely made in China and likely entire company is from China. Poor quality and poor fitting dresses. Wanted a refund so had to take a photo of the dress and pay for postage to China (I purchased two dresses so it was worth my while however would be out of pocket 30$ for shipping) Not convinced that I'll get my money back though. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company- all the reviews on their website must be fake. I wish I had done my research prior.

Worst customer service and products are of poor quality.
Ships from China, not Sydney. It is not “hassle free” returns - they only offer 20% refund otherwise you have to send back to China at your own cost.
Order took way longer than advertised. My item took 2 months to arrive…

The dress is poorly made, not an Australian company!! Wanted to send back for a refund, has to pay to get it back to China! If I don't get my refund I will be disputing through PayPal!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I purchased a dress in mid November, it just arrived. I usually am okay with long wait times, however the product I have received is a) not the size I ordered and b) made beyond poorly. I have requested a refund to which I have been offered the opportunity to return it to Asia at my own cost or, alternatively, a 20% partial refund to my account . The company is such a big scam, I am really disappointed and upset.

Absolute joke. I purchased a dress the website states it is 95% cotton / 5% spandex. It has arrived and it is cheap polyester and poorly made. They refused to respond to emails until I lodged a Pay Pal claim. They are NOT in Sydney and are requesting in order to get a refund I need to send it back to Ningbo China via registered post otherwise I will not be getting a refund. It will cost more to send to China than the worth of the garment. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I am still waiting for a refund! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Took forever to arrive only to end up with a falsely advertised item, says the dress is cotton and you end up with a poorly made polyester.
I have requested a refund, will see what happens.

The dresses listed are not what you get. You receive poor quality and ill fitting dupes straight from china.
I thankfully disputed the order with my bank and got my money back.

Dress showed up ill fitting and poor quality. When you want to return it they supply you with a china address that costs you the same as the dress to return. Scammers. The material was highly retardant and awful. Skin itched just trying it on. Very poor quality and poorly made. Bottom was size 18 and top 14 but it does not sit well on bust

The photos of garments advertised are from other websites.
I was foolish to buy a dress, and when it arrived it was of terrible quality. when I enquired about a refund they offered only a 25% refund or I had to pay over $65 to return the dress to their Asian warehouse. (My dress costed $80)

Size 8 was huge, make it next to impossible to return the dress and costs a fortune to return. Make you send pictures of the dress for them to then tell you you have to return it to Asia which will cost you a fortune. Not transparent and completely conning you into making a purchase

D'cking terrible - worst quality - material, shape, size & construction - took ages to arrive and then they make it next to impossible to return for a refund! The then demand track and trace leaving you $35+ (for 2 small dresses) out of pocket plus the frustration! Dont go anywhere near these guys!!!
