Return Process

I purchased what was supposed to be a matching set, a skirt and a blouse from this brand. (#61469) Instead, they sent me items in different colors. When I contacted them, they agreed to accept a return but the return link they provided has never worked. I have reported this issue multiple times yet they have completely ignored my messages.

I am now stuck with mismatched items I cannot use and have lost the money I paid. This is not just poor service — it shows a complete disregard for customers once they have made a purchase. I used to be a loyal customer and trusted this brand, but this experience has been deeply disappointing.

If they treat customers like this after taking their money, people deserve to know before they shop here.

I am waiting for the vendor to issue a refund

I am waiting for the vendor to issue a refund. My return was delivered by DHL to the vendor on July 5th. Over the following 14 days I contacted the vendor 3 times asking for a confirmation and for an update about the status of the refund. They kept giving the same automatic reply, namely: "We are waiting for our warehouse team to confirm receipt of your order. Delivery may take a few days and the process of receiving and checking the product takes 3 to 5 working days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. As soon as we have finished, we will refund the amount to the payment method used in the purchase and you will receive a notification in your email. Thank you very much for your patience." After sending a new email to the vendor, I got the following reply from them on July 19th: The refund was executed yesterday 18th July, as you were notified by email the same day and it can take up to 14 days (usually 3-5) to appear in the payment method you used for the purchase. Remember to look in that payment method and not in another as that is where it will appear." I have not received the refund yet on my bank/credit card accounts or on my PayPal. I've also asked the vendor to send me official proof of the refund but have not heard from them.ol
