Same experience as all the others . The brown suede coat and wired weeks. Was told I can get 25% off but then it don’t come for weeks and now I’m being ignored !!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!
If I could have given a minus review, I would.
I order a brown trench coat which took 8 weeks to arrive. I sent an email requesting a cancellation of the item as I waited so long, no response.
When the coat eventually arrived, it was very poor quality. I literally tried it on, and immediately decided I was returning it. I put it back in the original packaging. I consulted the website for the returns policy where I was advised to email customer services, which I did.
They asked me to send pics of the coat, with the original tags and packaging. When I took the coat back out to photograph, THERE WERE NO TAGS!
Customer service then informed me as there were no tags they would not accept the return!!!!!
However, I could keep the coat and they would offer me a 15% refund. The coat cost £44.99 plus packaging and I am being offered £7.50!!!!
I have emailed twice to refute this and ask for their complaints procedure and they keep sending the same emailing offering 15% refund and ignoring my request for a full refund and complaints procedure.
The quality is crap. Save your money, don’t buy from this site!!!😡

Same as everyone else! Ordered the brown suede trench coat as the instagram boutique assured they were a UK brand and imagery looked great. Completely wrong! Using other brands imagery and company is based in China. Waited weeks on end for this to arrive and it’s absolutely vile. Quality is awful. Will attempt to get a refund but from the other reviews I doubt I’ll get one.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - it is a complete scam. They are not UK based, they are a Chinese drop shipping company and the quality is beyond poor.

I bought the brown suede trench after seeing multiple ads on social media (yet they themselves have no social media profiles). They use other companies images and the goods look nothing alike. The quality is beyond poor and when I asked to return for a full refund (as they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee), they refused and said I could have a 15% refund and keep the coat. I will never wear it as the quality is so poor so have lost the money I spent.

I have reported the store to Shopify as it’s clearly a scam.

It's a drop-shipper company who claims to be a 'UK-based' boutique, direct from China factories.

You can get exactly the same (terrible quality) coat from AliExpress for half the price.

I have learnt my lesson so just warning others now.

SCAM AVOID SCAM ! I didn’t want to give one star. Please avoid. Scam company in China. I’ve waited 4 weeks and nothing! I know it’s going to be bad as ordered same coat and a dress! Same person keeps reassuring me but nothing! It doesn’t allow comments on their social media! Should have known

Same as the other reviews. Been scammed completely, coat looks nothing like the website and videos online. Not worth £45 (RRP £90 apparently).
Expressed my concerns and offered a 15% refund. Shipping costs for a refund are almost the same cost as the coat.
Very misleading advertising as a UK boutique when I’m having to return to China. Do not buy here!

Had to give one star as no other option. This company is an absolute scam! Do not use and avoid like the plague! I ordered what I believed would be a brown suede coat. It was advertised as such and looked fantastic online. This is not what I received. Instead I got a sad looking, cheap brown fabric coat that looks like it’s been dragged though a hedge. When I asked for a refund I was offered 10%. What an absolute piss take. Comes from China. Cheap nasty and completely fake!! Do Not Buy!!!!

Ordered a coat for my wife, they are stating that it’s been delivered when it hasn’t been. The customer support email goes to a private individual whose support was to check with neighbours and delivery hubs if they have got it. It’s saying that they are preparing for the order still on the shop delivery app.
Avoid at all cost, one of these online facade shops that doesn’t exist at all!
