I got great service but my order got placed for shipment and then later canceled, I did get an email stating that they were out of stock and it will be shipped soon but then I didn't get an update after that I had to reach out and get the new shipping number to track the order. But overall it was great and the glasses work amazing 👏

Impeccable service
I ordered a pair of reading glasses from Sophie Moda, the incorrect pair was delivered. I emailed them, they immediately rectified the mistake and gave me a R100 voucher as an apology. Their service is impeccable, I was assisted by Jack, the glasses are great quality, worth every cent. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I would have given a five-star rating if it wasn't that the colour I ordered was out of stock. If an item is out of stock, it should not be available to purchase on the site.
Otherwise, very good service and a great product. Packaging is also lovely!

Fantastic shopping experience and amazing glasses!
Firstly, the speed in which the goods were prepared and shipped was incredible! To have shipping on day of purchase is very rare!
The packaging is worthy of glasses that cost 10 times more! Beautiful, sturdy box with a great cleaning cloth and soft glasses case.
I was pleasantly surprised that the sunglass readers were a combination of normal lenses with just a small reading pane at the bottom. That means you can wear them even when not reading. I think that should be advertised, as there's bound to be a big demand! You could then look at expanding your sunglasses range!
I did not know about Sophie Moda until I got gaming glasses with my laptop purchase from Evetech. I was so impressed with them, which is how I ended up on your site and ordering more glasses!
