"Official distributor" but a waste of time for inexplicable reasons
I ordered two products from their site, and as it is the official distributor of Sophie La Girafe products for the USA, I was happy to pay more for the guarantee of genuine products and not enrich the big online sellers like you know who. 5 working days after my payment was taken the product had still not been shipped so I contacted customer service by e-mail as the products I ordered were gifts and I had allowed a reasonable 12 days for them to arrive for the special day. I didn't recieve any response from customer service for 2 working days after my email and then my order "was canceled because of unforseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded". Now this happened 7 days after my order. No response to my requests to customer service on the status of my order, no reasoning and that it took 7 days to cancel my order means I have to rush to buy from the bigger retailers the same product. Non existant customer service, evidently slow/non existant order dispatching, I would order these products from an established big box retailer to guarantee a genuine product and avoid this "official distributor" in the future. Waste of time. I am still waiting for my paypal refund to come through too...
