Helpful and sincere

Shipping did take a brief period, however, I ordered around christmas, and it was set to arrive on new year’s day.

I entered my address incorrectly, to which I reached out to customer service via email and the team was very respsonsive and professional. Even though the mixup was my fault, they were understanding and informative when address my issues. I look forward to the amazing hoodie!

SCAM

This place is a scam..I ordered 2 hoodies on 12/5 for my son for Christmas and I still do not have them. I've also been trying to get a refund with no luck. Do not purchase from this site.

1-Star Review — Horrible Experience, Buyer Beware

My experience with Sopula has been absolutely terrible.

I placed two separate orders on December 19th for my grandson’s Christmas gifts and, to this day, I have still not received my merchandise.

After nearly a week of seeing my order stuck in “processing,” I reached out requesting a confirmation number. That’s when I knew something was off. Days later, I finally received an email response claiming the items were in “production” and needed extra time because they were “specially made.” That explanation felt dishonest and unprofessional.

I replied again requesting a confirmation number and expressed my concerns about their lack of communication and professionalism. No response.

Eventually, after weeks of being ignored, I informed them I would report the company to the BBB if they didn’t respond within 24 hours. Only then did I receive another email asking me to “please be patient,” which was unacceptable given how long this had already dragged on.

At this point, I’ve filed a chargeback with my bank, provided my receipts, and my case is being processed. I no longer intend to contact this company.

Based on my experience, I genuinely believe this company operates in a deceptive manner. You will likely not receive your order. Please be cautious before purchasing.

Cheap cheap cheap

We bought a sweatshirt that completely blew on everything in the washer. With cold and with other darks. Beware. Cheap Chinese merchandise disguised given expense paid.

Scam alert

my son wanted a hoodie from sopula for christmas - I ordered and paid for it on Dec 13th . starting becoming suspicious after Christmas that it was possibly not gonna come and that I was scammed. Every time I emailed the company asking to refund my money they tell me the order is in processing. And this is like every single day from the 25th on because I'm persistent. I contacted the Better Business Bureau claiming this company as a scam and I'm out $65. All I want is them to refund my money, but they keep circling around with your order is in process. Do not order, bad communication

I did an order and I did a mistake when ordering and would like to cancel my order and get a refund, so I sent an email to the email provided and it said I would get an answer 24-48 hours after and it’s been much longer now and haven’t gotten an answer, my order id is LWN99058

Would not recommend, also they dont clearly show its in American currency

Ripoff

If I could, I wouldn't even rate. I ordered a hoodie for my grandson and the money has definitely been taken out of my account and have the statement to prove it , but Its like the order never existed. There is no conformation email, no response, no nothing. Its a RIPOFF. Do not purchase anything from this site!

Haven't received my item.

I ordered my item on Dec 2 2025. I received tracking updates that ended on Dec 19 stating my local carrier received the item amd it was out for delivery. The post office has no information on this order. They haven't received anything. Still waiting to hear back from anyone. I emailed support twice now. Stay Away from this scam!

I ordered on December 5th, and the shipment was never even created until December 15th! This was the day after I messaged them and said I'd rather just cancel the order.

Today is Christmas, and I don't have the 2 items I ordered for my son! This company is a joke!

I wish I had checked reviews prior to ordering! It sounds like the quality is going to be terrible too. Let's hope I can get a refund.

No response what so ever

My aunt ordered me clothes for Christmas and told me that the company she bought it off which is this one has not responded to any of her emails. It hasn’t even given her an update on When the order is coming.
