ITS BEEN 1 year specifically March 3 of 2024 i haven’t got my stuff I messaged them with an email. They replied, said it was the wrong address it wasn’t but I still fixed the address I said on an email I fixed it. Can you ship it? No reply back it’s been a year. I still haven’t got my stuff I spent $65 for no reason I can’t get a refund. I can’t get the clothes. No way to return the items

Don't order from here. My son ordered 2 pairs of sweatpants. They came and they did not fit. So, he wanted to return them. He could not speak to a live person so we could only email. After 3 emails and 1 week of going back and forth... along with them requesting photos of the items... they said the following: "All returns need to be returned to China. The freight incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer. Due to high shipping fee and long transportation, will you consider a 20% coupon and keep the items or send the items to your friends?" Come on... scam artists. Plus the quality of the pants fabric is bad. Warned my son next time he orders clothes it needs to be from a brand name company or amazon.

Recently made a purchase at the beginning of July and didn’t get it until the end of August on to finally get the package and the shirts were faded and two of the shirts the printing was on the BACK of the shirt and not the front , reached out to customer service via email and they told me nothing looked wrong with the shirts. Horrible

Ordered a shirt that clearly said kids on the description- waited 5 weeks and received an adult large. Upon requesting a return label- customer service merely responded that all of their sizes are adult. I sent them a copy of my order that says kids and requested a return label again- crickets…

My honest opinion about my experience

Honest opinion the customer service wasn’t as terrible as people said. It took 4 weeks to get my package. The material isn’t that bad to be honest and I didn’t get nothing polyester and the cotton is comfortable.They also gave me a free t shirt too which is kinda nice.I’m happy with the clothes I got .But to be real with you this some clothes look like they were from shin which isn’t bad but for the prices it’s wild. If you’re getting them for someone or for yourself just know it’s going to take 4 weeks or even longer. Also a tip for customer service. Threaten the customer service with a refund and they would be more helpful to you. Overall Sopula isn’t a terrible clothing store but definitely not a great one either, theirs a lot of pros and cons but it’s your choice if you want to wait 4 weeks for clothes.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. Thank god my package actually came in. But. It’s literally worse than shein quality. Full polyester. High quality my butt. This is the worse quality hoodies ever. Terrible SOPULA SHAME ON YOU

I ordered on 8/20/25 . Wait the processing time which they took the payment. I have reached out on numerous occasions about my order shipping just to be given the runaround.
