They screw you over with the fees: €400 for a battery change

They screw you over with the fees: even if they can't fix your problem they charge and charge and charge.
Story:
1. Flat battery and received a quote of €195 + VAT
2. They say there is a call out fee €95.
NOTE: call out is not included in the €195
3. They connected their jumpstarter to my car, but then they realized the battery is dead so jumpstarting can't fix it >>> but it doesn't matter, they keep the €195 for doing nothing
4. Then they charged another €110 for battery change
5. They charged a total of €400 for a battery change lasting for 10 minutes.
GREAT BUSINESS, for them but makes you bankrupt.
DON'T ASK THESE GUYS, ASK FOR A LARGER ROAD ASSISTANCE COMPANY, OR A GARAGE DIRECTLY.
