Postive is they were quick to state issued refund, hence 2 stars....through 8 confusing emails, fingers crossed it actually arrives...or it will be zero stars

Not received product yet.
Service seemed very good and the price was low however I have still not received my product. There had been no update In 3 days when I track the package and to my knowledge the package is being delivered to a off-licence in Hyde. We have a couple of large post offices in Hyde but unable to deliver there so have to go to a dodgy booze shop to pick it up. If it ever gets here. Been waiting nearly a week.

Excellent product better than original cable , was dispatched quickly I chose the cheaper delivery and was kept informed of progress.

received iphone 6 battery. worked for 3 months then started to distort causing screen and case to split open. removed battery and replaced with original ( not charging properly) apple one. sent numerous emails to sosav. no response. no reply to phone calls. do not use this company.

Excellent replacement back glass for my phone and clear guidance on how to fix it.

I got a screen and some spare charging cables for my iphone SE - overall great service and good (although a bit pricey!) delivery. Good quality screen, easy to apply with the help of the repair guides, and I can use the tools for more devices and repairs in the future so thats a bonus :) Charging cables work like a charm and were pretty cheap for the quality! Will use again

I recommend this shop. I was looking for repair tutorials for my iPhone 6S and came across their guides. I didn't want to go to the official support as I had bad experience in the past. I ordered the screen and a tools kit from SOSAV. The parcel arrived in 2 days. The parts were professionally packed and well protected. The quality looks good. I was a bit wary of repairing myself but found it easier than expected thanks to the guides. Good site, I will do buy from them again but hopefully not too soon.
