Its good in a sense that it uses natural and clean ingredients. However is hasnt helped with my patch of eczema which is what it was recommended to me by a holistic doctor. But it maybe different for others.

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed everyone is different and what works for one may not for another. It's worth baring in mind if the patch is being caused by irritation from another product like soap powders or SLS in body washes for example or is an immune response to triggers like foods or stress, unless the source is removed, irritation will continue to occur.
It's really good. Best for crake heels eczema and dry skin.

The product itself was good but the advertisement I got it from gave the impression it was two tins I would be receiving, only got one. Also read receive next day, it was nearly a week later when it was delivered. As previously stated, product was good but rest of information misleading.

With regards to the next day delivery, I apologise i hadn't realised this was still showing on the delivery rates when it shouldn't have been, I have now corrected it. I include free Royal Mail Tracked 24 for SOS Balm orders which I endeavour to carry on doing, despite being a small independent. This service usually takes 1-3 working days, although often arrives the next day. That said, your order was placed the 29th December which fell on a Friday after hours, with new years day being the Monday, wouldn't have gone out until Tuesday, so if it arrived just short of the week on the Wednesday or Thursday would have only been 1-2 working days transit time which is great for that time of year.
With reference to the impression of getting two tins, please email me on info@sosbalm.co.uk and let me know where you saw the ad so I can address this. It is broken down though on the selection options made before adding to basket, one 30g tin for £10.99 or the option to purchase 2 for £19, his is then shown again in the order summary.

Wow this is definitely an SOS balm, as it literally saved us from a few days of agony after getting a very British sunburn. Normally I go straight to the supermarket after sun bottle, but whilst holidaying with family, one suggested I tried this little pot of magic. Applied on my back and let it soak in over night. By the morning I was obviously still quite pink nearly zero pain. I even managed to get dressed without feeling like the material was sticking to me. Repeated the next evening just to add the moisture back in to my skin. A week on and no sign of peeling or dry skin! The other half did not follow my suggestions and still slightly pink and peeling! This is why the wife is always right 😁.

A lovely easy to use cream. It is great on dry skin and for the psoriasis on my elbow. Also after using it on a pan burn, it is now a permanent fixture in my Bathroom cabinet and I also carry it in my handbag for emergencies

The product works better than you would expect, personally I have used the balms for myself and my little girl and although sometimes I have grabbed for different products in a pinch, you really can't beat the gentleness and effectiveness of these products.
