Both Brian & Albert were hard-working technicians tuning up my computer; cleaning it and maintaining it so that it can give me reliable service. They were very polite and easy to work with. Thankyou.

SOS geeks is the only service I would use They are professional, polite and experts at fixing problems on the computer. Today my helper was Tech Harris and he did a terrific job. Thumbs up to him.

Fast response when reaching out and Kenny was very helpful.

Sent to me two technicians who were very low quality.
Took so many hours and couldn't figure out the problem and talking on the phone with their boss to tell them how to do. One even acknoledged that he doesn't know how to.

Tech Albert Johnson from SOS Geek always comes in quickly to solve any technical problems on my old as well as new laptop, MS Office etc. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone.

It was Lengthy but worth the time process. I am happy that my computer is in good hand s now and satisfied with the services. Kenny was polite, patient and very detailed in explaining the whole process.

Keith did good but the only thing left is on my money program, he forgot to bring two of the accounts into the program. they are downloaded from the other computer on a tab called Burt's money but I'm not sure how to get them into the site.
