Zero Customer Service
Auto Retrofit uses a 3rd party installer in Christchurch. I should have known better and walked away from the transaction when Sam would not provide the installers details until I had paid for the unit. Installation was completed in the carpark of an unrelated company, with no customer instruction. Installer, was rude, only had a marginal grasp of English, and wanted nothing to do with us. In his mind he was being paid for the installation, nothing more. I contacted Sam by email 4 days ago to express my disappointment and give him the opportunity to demonstrate some form of customer care. I've had no response.

Excellent work on the car (Audi).
Took the time to explain the new setup, and provides follow up support/updates.
