URGENT SAFEGUARDING WARNING – PLEASE READ AND SHARE RESPONSIBLY
I am raising a serious safeguarding concern and asking that this information is treated with care and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION (PUBLIC RECORD)
According to a publicly available U.S. Department of Justice press release, Mr Yaniv Gohar has previously been convicted of offences including:
Operating an illegal gambling business
Conspiracy to commit money laundering
Failure to appear in court

I am also raising a serious safeguarding concern involving my daughter.
I have reason to believe, and hold evidence, that:
Mr Yaniv Gohar may have accessed and used my daughter’s private communications (including her Viber account) without her knowledge or valid consent
There may have been unauthorised access to or misuse of bank accounts linked to her identity
There may be concerns relating to a company account (SOS Toilets LLC)
These concerns are being raised in good faith for safeguarding purposes and require urgent attention.
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION & ACTION
If anyone has relevant information, evidence, or has experienced similar issues, please come forward and report this to the appropriate authorities.
This matter should be treated as a serious safeguarding concern, particularly given the vulnerability of the individual involved.
