Missing item from my order - in my initial email to them telling them what has happened and asking for it to be sent to me, they instead ignored this request and refunded me as was clearly easier for them. I went back to them as said I still wanted the item, they’ve since ignored me and processed the refund. Therefore if I want to buy the item again, I have to pay postage again.
Poor customer service and will not be using them again.
I also think the items are overpriced since receiving them.

From ordering to delivery,everything was first class. The packaging was very sufficient as most of my order was glass and ceramic items.Fantastic products.

A huge selection of beautiful items to order. Excellent quality, fast delivery and packed with care. The Easter egg tin is so lovely. I also ordered a Easter bunting and 2 gorgeous Easter bags for gift giving. The colours are simply stunning.

Purchased craft set and jumbo puzzle from the CMK store with a few other items, expected these items to be usable and good quality and it was just cheap tat, we are so shocked, the sticky backed items you couldn't peel off so were unusable. My granddaughters were so upset. The puzzle was a disgrace, flimsy card pieces which will tear in minutes. I did not expect such poor quality. I was unable to return to the store and hoped to make a complaint online, no telephone number, no email, you have to write to customer services!! Appalling in this day and age. I will not be returning to the store and would not recommend. It is nothing like Ikea quality.

There a great selection of beautiful products, a lovely easy to navigate website and delivery is as fast as possible. Items come well packaged. Products a well priced and are great for gifts or for yourself 😊 I would highly recommend.

I needed to return an item over the Christmas period and could not find my returns note and asked for a new one. Customer service took almost two weeks to respond to my email which did not leave me adequate time to refund the item. I have asked if I can exchange the item for a credit note to use in store as the item is still something they stock. After their poor initial customer service and delaying my return they are now refusing to at least allow me to exchange. Being pregnant and back at work has made it difficult for me return the item, I emailed on the 23rd of December I did not receive a response until the 5th of January. That’s 13 days after my initial email, I could have returned the item whilst I was off work and being pregnant has made it difficult for me to return the item. I find the company has a lack of consideration when there initial response wasted 13 days prior and my time off.

My experience with this company has been extremely positive. From the initial excitement of viewing item on their page, ordering and payment was stress free. They keep you informed of the delivery date ect. Really pleased with my experience. Will definitely be ordering again

I was given the wrong coffee table by a member of staff. The one I asked for had a wooden top and the one I was given had a glass top. When I opened the box at home the glass top fell on the floor and broke. I called the store and was told to take the box back to the shop. As the box contained the glass (and I wasn’t carrying glass) I photographed the bar codes on the box. I talked to the staff in the shop who confirmed the manager had approved my refund. However after another member of staff intervened I was told I needed to bring the table stand back. I am in my 70s and now have to carry a heavy item back to the middle of Colchester shopping centre. Despite the original problem not being my fault. This is very poor customer service.

I visited the Centre Milton Keynes branch today. This is my third visit to this store since they opened. On each visit the staff have been abrupt and unfriendly. They haven't been rude, just quite surly. Do they have a poor work environment or being underpaid? I have volunteered in the past and been told to be cheerful! It's a shame as I love the products and the shop is very pleasant to visit.

Ordering on their website was nice and straightforward and items were delivered quickly.
I was delighted with the origami pads, wooden stamps and everything else I had ordered. Everything is really well made and sturdy.

The chair was delivered promptly considering it was shipped from Denmark and the quality is very good. The assembly instructions were clear.

Well ordered on line and it stated order over £60 and you get free delivery. Not the case only certain items, and that took three emails to get that sorted out. No tracking on the website at all, so you cant check where you parcel is.
I got an email from Royal mail stating my order was being delivered today. What a surprise only only one item turned up and now i will have another 4 emails back and forth trying to find out where my second item is. the customer service is terrible and everything takes so long.

for a company concerned by delivery charges and they cant organize two items going to the same address is rather worrying. it is a shame their items are good value for money. I wont be ordering anything online again. a phone number would be good.

Absolutely LOVE Sostrene Grene to bits !!! Excellent customer service at all stores I have visited, lovely classical music whilst browsing, immaculate items on the shelf ready to buy and all stores I have visited have a nice layout and is calming to walk through and like a Tardis haha!!
