I was impressed bytheir video demonstration of the power jet, so I ordered one which arrived 8 days later. I tried it out same day and was utterly disappointed, there is not even a remote resemblance in performance to that they show in their advert. I asked for a refund but never received a response. I think they are a scam.

I ordered a power jet on 3 Sept and received the delivery on 10 Sept afternoon. The so-called power jet is so weak that could hardly remove any moss or dirt. They misrepresented about the functionality of the product. Sent emails to them for return and refund, but no response. Could not find their customer service number. A really disappointing and frustrating experience! Will never buy from SoTrends again!

My orthopedic shoe arrived right on time (sooner than I expected), excellent service and great prices, I will definitely shop with them again, thank you.

Ordered a Powerjet sprayer. Pressure no better than the garden hose. When reading terms on Sotrends web site about returns, it states that original packaging showing name and address must be available. Who keeps that after opening a parcel. I will contact them but not holding my breath. Significant that no paperwork sent with the product. 13 Sept same product currently on sale at Temu for NZD7.86.

Ordered 2 radar detectors, goods arrived in time, but were not of a satisfactory standard, couldn't even understand the information as speech hard to decipher.
Used contact details on website to ask how I could return goods, no answer,2 days later sent email asking for same information, no response.
Still have rubbish items and without any contact from so trend maybe stuck with them

Nowhere does the advertisement mention the price is in USD so conversion to NZD makes the cost ridiculous and exhorbitant. The sprayer is worth USD20.00 at max and is so overpriced. I endeavoured to obtain a refund and correspondence dried up..... So Trends didn't want to know. Be warned, this is a scam.

They misrepresent products and provide no assistance when they are useless.
I bought an Ultracut trimmer head because the product details stated "Fits All Trimmers On The Market;". It does not fit my Stihl FS38. No response when I asked for assistance.

Power jet ordered to attach to hosepipe. Absolute garbage, no pressure at all. Didn't read reviews as I normally do. Had I have done so I definitely would not have purchased. It looks like from reviews that waste of time emailing as no responses given. Paid £49.99 for 2 pieces of plastic rubbish.

I was shocked to see what I received, it had no resemblance to what was advertised. I looked on the Amazon website and there was an identical item which was around 6 times less than what I had paid for.
This company is a con merchant. Do not buy any goods from them. I have now contacted Reslover who will be looking into my complaint

Agree with all the others. Just a cheap plastic hose accessory. Charged $54.95 what I thought was NZ Dollars but charged on Visa Card in American Dollars. This item can be purchased from TEMU website for under $15.00
No reply to 5 emails from their customer support.
