The marketed images were nothing like the product delivered. The product not only didn't even look like the same advertised but also was damaged and torn. When contacting with photos as evidence to rectify and send the correct product, they offered a $8 refund on a $40 product. After continuing to pursue the case with them, they stated that I can choose another product but refused to replace or refund. Very unhappy.

If I could, I would leave zero star rating. I ordered a personalized Spotify plaque and the parcel since it has passed the delivery date. Its been very cumbersome and inconvenient working with this company. They keep asking me if the address is correct, and there is no appropriate response from the customer service here or from the carrier. I am exhausted of having to email you guys for almost a month now to get updates on my order or to get a refund. This was supposed to be a gift, but has been an absolute nightmare.

I bought the custom lingerie with letters as soon as I got it two of the letters immediately fell off, do not recommend, I also thought I was ordering from Australia for it to come from China

My first purchase went well. Arrived as described and on time.
My second order however feels like nothing short of a rip-off and false advertising.

Ordered custom togs that gave estimated shipping before the event I needed the togs for.
I then paid extra to ensure arrival in plenty of time.

A few days out from the event and I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation.
I followed up only to be advised the order wasn't even completed yet, let alone sent.
So not only had the ETA been false advertising, but I'd paid extra for nothing.
I advised if I wasn't going to receive the order in time, which was specifically for the event, then the togs were useless and I wanted a refund.

I requested my order be halted and a refund be processed. It's been over 2 weeks of them too-ing & froing asking me to confirm cancelation multiple times (Id already confirmed cancellation 3 times!)

Was then told there would be a depreciation fee applied and so a full refund would not be processed.
The item was unable to be provided within the timeframe (that I also paid extra for) and then I've had to still pay for it.
Disappointed.

The item doesn’t not look anything like what I ordered. It came in 2 pieces, and they don’t fit together. The name and dates were supposed to be on the actual plaque, but they’re printed on the stand, with half the details behind the plaque. Photo is burry, and they put a sticker on the plaque that can’t be removed without heavily scratching it.

Awful awful awful. Paid extra for “vip service” to expedite 3-5 days manufacturing process and paid extra for express delivery too. 10 days later and it still hasn’t left the factory.

The pictures in the box were jammed, wonky and 50% had fallen out, had to manually remove each section and reinsert. Once fixed it works ok, looks good as a bedside table piece, although the light is mostly useless. I may have received a dud, but I don't regret buying it once I fixed it.

I purchased 2 bracelets with photos inside and also a crystal keying with photo inside
The bracelets are pretty but cheap looking and also you’re unable to see the photos.
The key ring is the cheapest looking piece of crap, it is not crystal like it is plastic glued together.
When I received it the keychain is broken from the plastic and unable to use. The plastic itself has glue all over it which makes it look dull and ugly.

The delivery was a nightmare, I purchased what I thought was an Aussie website which ended up coming from China!! It took over 4 weeks to arrive when I paid priority shipping. Yes the company refunded me the difference between the standard shipping and priority but I wish I didn’t purchase as the products are cheap China stuff and not worth the money!

My order came with a couple chips. I contacted the company and they replaced it quickly. The new came perfectly. Very good customer service.

Customer Service was speedy and top notch. Had an issue with my original order (5 of 6 were perfect and will make the best gifts), and the remaining 1 was a bit damaged but they are working to replace this one asap. So pleased. Couldn't be happier.

I loved the way it's designed. When we opened it there was a scratch across my husband's face in the picture. We emailed them and they responded right away and are sending us a new one. I've checked out the other items they have and plan to buy more in the future.

I made an error in my order, so emailed the support team straight away to see if my order could be changed. Too my delight they were extremely helpful and were able to change me order, fast reply, eager to help ….. mind put at ease!

My item was a customized alarm with the adorable pictures of me and my loved ones. I ordered that as a gift for someone, with loads of love. My order has amazingly and tremendously customized and sent to him and it is with best quality, and I feel it is with all my love, just because of the quality of the product.

I loved the product and the customer service I received. My concerns were replied to in a very helpful and timely manner and I am very thankful for the staff responsible for this.

The product is excellent as is.

But the customer service is superb.
