Amazing wellness retreat!
We had an amazing retreat with Zelmare and a bunch of lovely ladies. Wellness, inspiration, nature, peace and quiet! And Jebel Hafit offered the perfect scenery!

Perfect!
I have been to various classes run by Soul and Skin Wellness and I have thoroughly enjoyed these. The instructors are very competent and very pleasant. Zelmare made me love yoga!! She is just great at what she does and a lot of fun!
I also went to a retreat organised by Soul and Skin which was absolutely lovely and definitely delivered much more than it promised.
I am really glad to be part of this community!

I learn so much from every interaction with her. Be it a private or group fitness, yoga, sound healing class or a retreat to bring balance, healing and growth, Zelmare ensures each of them are enriching and supportive of one's personal needs.

Zelmare’s private and group lessons are excellent - personalized, stretching and challenging all at the same time! Organizing the time of a session is stress-free, and I like how both Yoga and Pilates moves can be integrated together.
