I chose Soulcap because I heard good things. I measured my head and purchased the appropriate size. When it arrived, it was way too big. I submitted a return request which was easy. I had to pay for return shipping and only received a portion of my money back (less S+H)which I paid to return the cap. Ensure the sizing is correct. If you need to return from the US, be prepared to pay for return shipping and only receive a partial refund.

I ordered a soulcap directly from Adidas as the style and size that I wanted was out of stock on the Soulcap website.
It was a nice fit, but unfortunately my hair was soaking after swimming on first use.
Second time using it I piled my hair on top of my head and my hair stayed dry.

Great brand supporting inclusivity in swim and encouraging participation within minority communities.

The tracking on shipments is haphazard. They have you track your order with the app Shop. The app is horrible. It states the package was delivered 2 hours ago. The FedEx international shipping hasn’t updated in a day.

Do I have a problem with a $250 delivery? Who knows. I’m sure Soul Cap is trying to save money by having tracking handled by this other App, but it just causes anxiety and I’ll have to make phone calls Monday?

Awesome, I was sea swimming regularly this year with ease thanks to the cap. I got an XL size that worked well whether I had my hair braided or out.

Only criticism is that the hat ripped at the seam and is unusable now.

That's after buying it last year, and what can you do? Things can't last forever 🤷🏼‍♂️

Soul cap is amazing! My daughter had had endless stressful swimming lessons trying to fit cap's of even adult size over her hair for it to still get wet in the end as they just aren't big enough to hold the volume of curls she has! Soul cap has changed the game for my eager little swimmer even down to the material it is made from not being stressful to her hair! It's gentle but effective and we love it!!

have long kind of wavy/curl caucasian hair that stretched out comes down past my waist, and this cap is perfect:) great fit, great colours, and arrived monday tho I only ordered on friday. first swimming cap I've bought in years, cause nothing fitted well. Got medium, tho my hair's thick, it's just right to hold my squished attempt at a bun xx

I made a mistake in my post code writing down the address when I placed my order. The parcel was obviously sent back to SOUL CAP. SOUL CAP offered me to send back another parcel with the ordered items for free. SOULCAP co-founder Michael CHAPMAN dealt with me directly. Awesome customer service!!

Bought this cap for my mixed race daughter and it was perfect! Fitted her well but enough room for her hair. She found it very comfortable and kept her hair dry.
Definitely recommend

Best large cap that I've used so far. I've tried others but my soulcap seemed the best. Good quality and was water tight when swimming. Please note I have locks to just below my shoulders. Loved the style, Thankyou very much!
