Was due today and it’s not even shipped. Asked to cancel since I had to order elsewhere on an express delivery service and no response and still no refund. Luckily I went through PayPal so was able to get a refund by opening a case. Will never order using this company again. Terrible service and can’t even be bothered to reply with any explanation.

Fast delivery, great items I've brought perfume oils before from many different retailers but none to the standard of these, I paid the same amout for samples that are the same amount as many other companies full size products but these are true to description and the fragrance lasts a lot longer
