Poor quality, sizing all wrong!
Took a long time to arrive, I didn’t realise they were coming from China, I thought it was a UK company.
Items were not the best quality, as far as I am concerned.
Sizing, 5xl is more like a Large.
Contacted them and awaiting a refund!
To be fair to them they have provided a full refund relatively quickly.

Says UK made but comes from China and is the poorest quality I have ever encountered. This company along with Trupatriotic and Linendaily claim to employ vets but is a complete fabrication of the truth. Deliveries take ages to arrive and when they do you will wish they hadn't. Ordered a t shirt as was advertised as 100% made in the uk for veterans ,this is false as i tracked my parcel through China !!
When it arrived it had ink stains all about the design , I took photos and emailed the company

Terrible - is this fraud?
Terrible. I am worried I have been scammed. I made an order on 31st July. Got an order number. No confirmation email. When I went to track my order, I put the order number in the box and nothing happened. I then logged in to my account and it says I have no order. They have taken £90 from my account. Am about to contact my bank to notify them that this is possibly fraud. No customer service or help available. I noticed in a reply from them in a review here they said they have a 24 hour email address. When I used this 2 hours later the email bounced back with a failure notice. Please can I have my money back? Just read your reply below and want to STRESS that the correct email address was used and it still bounces back. Yahoo also said they made several attempts. Please offer a phone number. Have contacted bank and will contact trading standards next.

Waited a long time to recieve my shirt , it was going to be a birthday present for myself , it was a shirt in Royal Tank Regiment Colours which was my old unit , I am very dissapointed it was advertised as cotton mix , it was Ployester and very poor quality , not a happy veteran.I complained to them via a message service they responded by telling me I could return the item at my expense or i could keep it and recieve a shop voucher for 20 % off my next order , i will not be ordering anything and would advise all not to order from this company.

REALLY POOR QUALITY
If it were possible to rate 0 stars, I would.
I paid £25 for a cotton Polo Shirt. When it arrived it was very cheaply made and certainly not cotten it is a shiny polyester material. Unlike the photographs on the site, the quality was really poor. Had I seen this in a shop, I would not have paid £5 for it. The Polo Shirt is made/shipped from China, and Customer Service is really bad. I've given it to a Charity Shop, I wouldn't even wear it to work in my garden.

Whilst ordering I briefly lost connectivity when it came back , to where I was before the loss, I continued with the Order. When I received confirmation it was for a different shirt. I contacted Soulgrits, they acknowledged and said they would rectify. This never happened, several occasions I asked them if they were going to supply the shirt as required, they were very evasive, nevervanswering other than my order was on the way. It finally arrived, wrong shirt, asked for exchage and return , no answer. Give them a huge miss.
