I did buy from them two things, but I didn't receive nothing.

For anyone looking to buy from them, or if anyone is wondering what the shirt print quality and customer service is like. I purchased multiple Soulmaty shirts at around $50 each. The fabric itself has held up fine, however the printed designs have nearly completely faded and bleached within three months and fewer than 15 wears. The red and black areas of the print lost colour intensity under normal washing conditions. Given the price point, I contacted Soulmaty customer support expecting a reasonable discussion around print durability. Initially, the tone suggested they were reviewing the issue. However, the final response stated that fading within three months is considered normal wear and not a defect. A $7 compensation was offered instead of a refund. What was disappointing was the shift in position. The conversation began as though the matter would be assessed properly, but ultimately defaulted to a blanket statement that this level of degradation is expected. For $50 graphic shirts, print durability is a core part of the product. If you are searching for Soulmaty reviews or Soulmaty print quality experiences, this was mine. And I strongly suggest you steer clear of these scammers.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOU MONEY, the quality is bad , they send you a size that isn't the one you bought and there are no returns, they don't answer emails either. Just check all bed commens.

Deceptive marketing on their website for some products, didnt receive all my products due to this. Customer service is appalling and they ignore your emails after requesting to return the item or get sent what I paid for. Quality of clothes is crap as well. AWFUL DO NOT ORDER.

I placed an order for clothes in November, and now it’s February, yet I still haven’t received anything. When I asked why it was taking so long, they told me they still had to make the clothes—four months later! When I requested a refund, they simply offered to send me another hoodie instead. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs!

Bit of a hit and miss, ordered a couple of shirts and they were taking a while to come. Had an email to say they were dispatched for delivery, but nothing else. Once I’d read some reviews, I thought they’d never come… but a month and a half later they turned up out of the blue without any delivery notice. Sizing & quality are really good though.

I purchased at the beginning of December, on the site my shipment is in awaiting
to date I have not received anything yet, I also tried to contact the assistance but without any response

Good quality and size took forever to ship well over a month from purchase date to arrival

Order a t shirt and shirt. T shirt was fine but the shirt was 15cm too small just to do up tight! And they say 1-3cm. And this was there response hello there,

Our shirts run small. If you like this pattern, we recommend ordering a T-shirt with the same pattern.

Delivery took ages but they let you know that on the site.

Must be hit and miss as I did get my order, in the time specified and it was as expected.
I panicked reading reviews after ordering and ended up doing more digging, they do seem to be dodgy, in that they copy designs from other companies, which is not good. I wouldn't order again for this reason, but I can't fault the actual experience

Ordering was easy, also got some discount codes (up to 30%). They also have contacted me due to a missing post code. Very fast and friendly support, delivery came in 3 weeks to Malta.

Quality good and prints nice, very lightweight product.

I've never recieved my package after 2+ months. Soulmaty says "the package has been destroyed" by the carrier. While the carrier says it was send back to the company. Now i i have to pay extra to still get the package. Would not recommend to buy your clothes here. Still in discussion how to fix this problem and really want my money back, but they won't help and keep saying that either i pay the fee or just let it slip and take the loss. Really weird because i never recieved anything.

I was concerned after placing the order and the looking on this website.

The delivery does take a while but it does come. For me it took just under a month. They also sent a tracking email which did update a few times. The thing you have to bear in mind it gets shipped from China

The T-shirts themselves are decent quality with good clear prints. Soft fabric not polyester crisp. They fit as size sold .

All the negative reviews here are not lying, shipping takes an extremely long time, they add extra fees to your order when you reach the checkout page and if you want to cancel they will charge a "15% handling fee", even if you order was not even close of being shipped.

Will definitely not be buying at this store again

After reading this reviews I was scared my order wouldn't arrive. It did! Took about 14 days. T-shirts are conform the photos. I am a happy customer.

Shipping was quite long but received good quality products! I may repeat in near future

I just ordered a t shirt. I found prices in CAD$, with all discounts it was 13 CAD$ for t shirt + 8 CAD$ delivery fee. But after I completed payment my bank account show me transaction of 32 CAD$.
So the prices not matched.
I tried to cancel order next day, send them email, and they replied that there is handled fee for cancellation 15%.
So I definitely not recommend this store.

Shows that the package has been delivered, but I have not received it.
