My daughter ordered 3 bracelets over 3 weeks ago, we emailed to ask where the delivery was, no response to their support email, I have asked for a refund for non delivery again from the support email, I would advise not being from this company, very bad service

This is one of the most misleading sites I have encountered. The garment I received bore no resemblance to the description on the website. I have tried to return it several times but the company do not respond to emails to their support address. In future I will only order online from companies I know and trust.

Wrong size sent, no answer from support, I received the wrong size, I ordered a small shirt and they sent me a large one, I tried to contact them twice but I didn't get any answer.

I've ordered 2 polo t-shirts. The delivery was delayed and canceled. Then Soulmia sent me again these polos for gratis. It was a nice surprise for me. As about these polo t-shirts they are middle quality and it's hot for summer.

As soon as I emailed them asking about an update on my order they responded in no time! I received an update and a link. Amazing customer service!

Loved my hoodie from Soulmia. Great quality and so cozy! It's a hoodie with an attitude,any of the hoodies have sassy sayings on them. The hi-lo hoodie looks great with leggings and is perfect for falls. Highly recommend! My roommate also purchased a hoodie and loves it too! 5* from me!

I'm very impressed with the quality of my order. I orders two goodies and they are both so very unique. I've since received many many compliments on them and many requests as to where I bought them. Considering the price I paid for these items I'm really really impressed ! They're truly adorable. They're both a lovely cotton blend so they feel great against the skin and I believe they'll wash really well. I'm always looking for items that contain natural fibres as they seem to last the best and that's exactly what these are. They're breathable fibres so they'd be great year round.
