I placed an online order for £17.99 on 6th July, the money was taken from my bank account on 8th July and I still haven't received my goods, I have emailed the company twice but had no reply so as you can see this is why I have given one star
I ordered from soulofseoul.co.uk last month but my order still hasn't shipped. Id be fine if they'd update me, but I have emailed them twice regarding my order: two weeks ago asking about the status, and last week requesting a cancellation and refund, but received no response for either. Their website states: "Enjoy rapid 2-3 days UK delivery". This is clearly false advertising.
Great experience, the K-beauty products arrived quickly and I've received a complimentary gift and a personalised card. I hope they will get even more stock of good quality products.
