Terrible company

Terrible company, paid $200 for their products, courier admitted they dropped the parcel at the wrong house and Soulona blames courier who have policies not to reimburse.

I bought a jacket

I bought a jacket. The size was too large. The time it took to deliver is too long. The quality is well below the price. The company is deceitful. They charged me $5 for shipping and when I tried to return it, they told me to send it to Canada. It costs $38 to ship the item to Canada from US. The Jacket price was $50. This doesn't make any financial sense but the company insists that send the item to get a refund. This company fraudulent in the way they show fake reviews in their website. They don't even have return shipping label. The customer service is non existent. I went back and forth like 8 emails with them.
Please don't be misled by the photos and fake 5 star reviews. Don't believe their story about being a family business and they design their products. The products are worse than the ones you can find on Temu. They directly come from China.

I had a lovely experience

I had a lovely experience, first orderd a smaller size and sent them a n email, they quickly responded and corrected it, when I got my shirt, mehn I was happy , the material, the fitting and there response really made me feel good. I sure will buy more... Thanks to u all uv gained my trust

They added a second item and aren't responding to emails.

I ordered from their website and then soon after they added and charged me for a second shirt exactly the same. I immediately sent mail telling them to cancel the entire order. No response and order still appears on their site. I've instructed my credit card company to cancel the transactions.

Integrity

First. I ordered Soulana's Katana shirt and am very pleased with its look and quality. Soulana sets real and fair delivery expectations in that it took two weeks for my shirt to arrive.
Second. I ordered sunglasses and then the following day I changed my mind on the order. Soulana honored my cancellation request. That is good customer service.

I ordered a coffee cup ,copper,tin , shipped from China . I waited one month, two months , three months went by . I never received it . $38.95 plus S/h down the drain . No response from Soulona. No recourse. SCREWED .Don't waste your money !

Terrible service despite charging…

Terrible service despite charging $$$$$.I have bought shoes in Europe and size 38, which is 7.5 USA size. I had ordered a size 7.5, and they sent a size 41. They told me it was my mistake and then stopped responding to any of my emails. The return policy is also bad, as shipping back to Australia is the customer's responsibility.

Great product and excellent customer service.

I ordered some sunglasses and whilst there was a delay in delivery which to be fair was beyond the company's control when they arrived they were absolutely stunning, lovely quality and style. Rosie the customer support manager was fantastic and responded to my Emails quickly and efficiently. Sometimes things are worth waiting for and on this occasion that was so true. I would certainly shop with Soulona again !!

Bad Business

Ordered items on September 16. As of October 8, the items have still not been picked up by shipper despite promises from Soulona customer service. Promised refund from Soulona has not been posted.

I don't usually write reviews but…

I don't usually write reviews but before you order from this website think twice if you want to waste your money and time don't assume all the negative reviews they are true I ordered coffee mug which took a month before I got it when I finally received it the mug was crap tiny like that of a toddler I contacted their support team to initiate return but I never received any feedback this company needs to be reported and closed they are literally stealing from innocent people

The order and Process

The order and Process ING was great but The delivery took longer than expected i guess dispatcher is not The same as out for delivery. But besudes that minor issue it was great The product is great and i have a shirt. Great quality and fabric, also like The style

Horrible service

Horrible service. Ordered 4 coffee cups. Took a month to deliver. They were much smaller than represented on the website and two of the 4 were broken. Returned them at my expense but Soulona did not refund the return shipping cost, which was almost the purchase price. Do not order anything from these people.

So I write review with only 4 stars…

So I write review with only 4 stars when it should be 5. True my order did not go "perfect" so I deduct one star. I will say that the Soulona people did work to fix everything and may order 100% correct and I greatly appreciate that. Many thanks to the Soulona team for delivering a product that is really cool and all my friends say looks GREAT!

I have bought the Men's Katana Style…

I have bought the Men's Katana Style shirt and I like it very much. Japanese style, good quality and suits me well.

The delivery too way too long. So long, that I thought that I had been fooled. But client service (email response) was real and good. My apologies for the bad review I have written earlier. I recommend Soulona now!
