Arushi is someone who is so easily approachable, takes time in hearing you which to me has been very important. She does not jump to conclusions and helps us understand how coming out of a tough situation takes some time and effort and all throughout this journey she has been holding my hand like a big sister. I couldn’t have asked for a bigger blessing, extremely professional and very easy to talk to. She has been changing my life in a big way!

I started working with Arushi in November last year, and from the very beginning, her empathy stood out. She truly took the time to understand the challenges I was facing and met me with patience and care. One thing she said continues to stay with me, that whatever challenge we face, the best tool to solve it is already within ourselves. That perspective has really shifted how I approach difficult situations.

Through our sessions, she helped me strengthen my inner confidence and reconnect with my own ability to move forward. It feels like she helped me find the “hammer” within myself, to break through barriers and rebuild from the inside. That internal shift has been powerful, and I now feel much stronger and more grounded than before.
