Reassuring customer service
I booked a concert package last year for Aug 2026. The hotel I was supposed to stay in had been temporarily shut down July 2025 due to electrical issues. I read online the hotel was supposed to be renovated and finished by the end of 2025 so was happy with that. However the weeks have gone by with no sign of the hotel reopening. I had emailed a couple of times concerned about the opening date as there’s nothing online. I received responses pretty quick reassuring me they were monitoring the situation but when I asked what the alternative would be they also confirmed they would be in touch if there is an issue. Sure enough I received an email today (13/3/26) confirming the hotel is not due to reopen in time now, but not only have I been moved but actually upgraded to another hotel in the same location. The email was very clear with details including confirmation that the Ticketmaster app would still hold the old hotel and not to be concerned. Things like that are reassuring as that would have bothered me. I am glad I’ve been moved as I feel a weight has been lifted and found Sound Travel to be efficient and very reassuring. I haven’t attended the concert yet but have gone from feeling quite stressed to now feeling very secure in the knowledge I have a hotel to stay in! The email advised my Sound Travel account would be updated to show the new hotel details within 14 days and it was done on the same day. Very impressed and they’ve turned this around completely to make me feel excited again. Thankyou!

When snow causes disruption.
My Husband who is a pensioner, bought my daughter and me tickets for the Abba show/hotel package for Friday 9th January. Sadly we both came down with Flu and weren't able to go. As a gift of friendship we transferred them to a couple who are both retired, with limited funds. They only had to sort train travel. Sadly because of the heavy snow, they could not get out of their road. In addition the trains were cancelled. On contacting Bundl, they were told, it was non refundable. They didn't offer an exchange or anything to compensate, as a gesture of good will. So not only are we out of pocket, my dear friends who were so excited to be going missed out. I totally understand it's would be difficult to refund because of illness, hence why we transferred our ticket. However when a situation ie infrequent storms etc prevent travel, is this really fair? A complete lack of customer service. Just take your money and that's it. After working in Customer Service for most of my career, we were taught to exceed Customer's expectations, well Bundl didn't even meet ours. Shameful and sad.

Initially stressful but customer service helped out
Tried to book a hotel and David Gray tickets on Sunday night. Called my friends who then booked five minutes later - they got an immediate confirmation. I did not. Tried to contact Bundl - through their' helpful' AI bot which was useless. Then sent them an email on Sunday night. Received email Monday afternoon requesting proof of payment. Sent proof that the payment was 'pending' on my bank statement. They then claimed it was my bank's fault they had not received payment. Bundl advised I cancel payment and book again (hotel only had four rooms left and we wanted to be in same hotel as freinds). Had to phone bank - they stated that it could take up to five days for the pending to be processed by BUNDL and they could not cancel at that point. The bank claimed Bundl were telling white lies and they could do nothing for me for five days. It did process by Wednesday - and now I have to chase Bundl for confirmation AGAIN and hope to be in the same hotel I booked with them initially. UPDATE It appears there was a glitch in the system which was caused by myself sharing a link with my friends. It confused the system. Initially slow Bundl appointed a really good experienced handler. Problems solved to my satisfaction. It would be good to talk to someone at the end of the line though instead of ping pong tennis with emails. Once through to a live person problems resolved efficiently.

So disappointed
UPDATE: The company investigated the issue and I was very pleased with their initiative and customer service.
Since it has been a week since I filed a complaint and no one has acknowledged it, I have decided to leave a completely unbiased review. My boyfriend and I booked a package deal which included tickets to the BLAST Open and a three nights stay at a Holiday Inn.
When we returned from the event on Saturday night, we had been locked out of our room and all of our belongings put in plastic bags as Bundl/ Sound Travel had mistakenly booked us in for one night instead of three!! This immediately ruined our perfect weekend and I had to pay an upcharge of £340, leaving me incredibly out of pocket, so that we had a place to stay for the next two nights, which has now been refunded thanks to the amazing Holiday Inn staff and Martina from Bundl / Sound Travel customer service (the only helpful person from that team!) I was incredibly panicked and upset with this mistake and was completely humiliated at the fact that all of our belongings had been taken out of our room. A mistake like this should never happen or go unnoticed and there should be more quality assurance involved within this process. Imagine if I didn't have the money for the hotel upcharge? My boyfriend and I would have been sleeping on the streets due to a silly mistake.
I hope that this company learns from their mistakes and takes more care into their package deals.

Postponing hotel stay combined with Coldplay concert

Dreadful - just book it yourself!
Booked a concert and hotel package. when I arrived at the stated hotel it was closed and the company had not let me know, has no phone number to call or even an email address. Only an online form which returned “we aim to respond in 48hours”. Had to think on my feet and book somewhere else so I had somewhere to put bags before the gig.
Three weeks later and it’s been a slog to communicate with them. Lots of denials and no apology. Absolutely dreadful. Definitely not worth it wish I had just booked it myself it’s not that hard! They only had one job!!!!! Still waiting to see if I get the replacement hotel invoice paid.

Booked Coldplay tickets package £1200…
Booked Coldplay tickets package £1200 ish 4 people and hotels.
I couldn’t make it for work so asked to change double room for twin, they billed a further £20 and guaranteed it.
On arrival no twin room booked or paid for at the hotel.
Complained and STILL haven’t heard back!
In response, I don’t want just the upgrade fee refunded which the Twin room you guaranteed I want the full room refunded as my son ended up sleeping on the floor!

23.08.2025 - I reported to you about the issue.

How long does it take to confirm you never made the booking as the hotel already confirmed to us on the day, no booking was made for a twin and no payment made to them, yet we paid you and you guaranteed the Twin room.

Arrived at hotel before the event and it turns out they hadn't even booked the room. Contacted them on the day and they passed me back to Ticketmaster. Ended up having to pay to stay somewhere else at a lower graded hotel. Raised a complaint and got a call from sound travel to apologise and admit they hadn't booked it. Then got offered barely enough to cover the lower grade hotel and we had to pay to get there. They said they would "escalate the matter" still waiting for a response

We are currently in the middle of a nightmare with this company. With rescheduling of the Coldplay London concert from Sunday 7th to Saturday 6th they have managed to completely change our accommodation booking and are insisting one of our prepaid nights of accommodation will be for a date we are not even in the UK. Customer service has been terrible - and we are expected to travel from abroad in 48hours with no confirmed accommodation!
I'd love to think this review might get a response - as all other attempts have failed.

Fantastic service received despite not even being their customer. I bought a concert package off someone in US who had purchased from Sound Travel. Ticket transfer arranged easily but not name change on hotel booking. Stay was in less than 24 hours & given time difference, seller was in bed as night time there. I spoke to Sound Travel direct and easily and readily sorted for me. Excellent service which is rare to find these days. Well done. I’ll definitely be using you myself!

Serious payment issues
Currently trying to pay on bundl+ travel which is part of this group for a package booked weeks ago - payment fails every time and raised issue on Sunday gone still not sorted - son concerned he’s lost the deposit or this is a scam ticket company - not happy and worried about the booking now even if we do manage to pay
