Sam and Lee were fantastic, from our initial consultation through to installation was 1st class. Really hard working pair, incredibly tidy work and both were really knowledgeable of their systems and the law regarding c.c.t.v. I would highly recommend this company and their products. Required a 6 camera setup for all round home surveillance. Amazing service. Polite, efficient and very neat and tidy.

Installation is first class and the picture quality is 4k with amazing detail day and night. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend sound and vision enough. We had been let down by a previous company to install our Cctv. We called sound and vision on a wknd and spoke to sam, who then arranged a viewing with us the following week. We Got a very reasonable quote from him and asked if he could fit us in on a particular week, which was our main concern. he said he could fit us in literally the day after the original date we had booked with the previous firm. Which was amazing as we was on a tight schedule.
He’s work effort is top notch and nothing is too much trouble for him, he even stayed late to finish the job. What a top service from sam and he’s team. So glad I found them, and will definitely be using them again in the future

Absolutely incredible service from these guys. From initial contact Sam was approachable, honest, keen to understand my needs and advise accordingly. Sam completed a full site visit and presented me with a number of options. He explained each option to ensure I could make a truly informed decision. No hard sell and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend these guys; business as it should be conducted.

They arrived on time and installed our doorbell. They were extremely clean and tidy. After the installation they spent half and hour installing the programmes on our iPhones and iPads and taking my wife and I, both in our 80s, through the way in which we could view and record the captured data.

Excellent Sam and Lee installed my alarms very quickly and efficiently with no mess whatsoever, Sam expertly talked me through it making it all very simple, couldn’t have asked for two nicer people, it was a pleasure to have them both in my home, I would have given them 10 stars,

These guys are excellent in all aspects, prompt response to initial enquiry, home visit to review my requirements and installation all done within 7 days of first contact. The quality of their work was top class, very neat and tidy and nothing was too much for them in terms of setting up alerts etc in our phones, I pads and laptop, I simply cannot speak highly enough about these guys, especially after a very bad experience with "Hive" over the past 4 weeks!....top class!

Fantastic service on time and as always very neat and tidy. They have fitted 8 cameras for me now so very happy.

Lee came out to the house, went through all the options that we had. On the day of fitting Lee and Sam were fast and cleaned up before they left. There explained the system in detail. I would highly recommend them.

We needed a very quick installation for CCTV and alarm at our home and Sam and Lee did a fantastic job. Consultation to installation took less than a week and everything has been up and running perfectly since then. Their customer service following installation has been spot on too, they are on hand for any changes or queries. Brilliant service very highly recommended.

We just had Sam and Lee install CCTV at our home, they are a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, honest and professional, what more can we ask for. We were extremely impressed with the neat installation and image quality; we opted for their gold package with 4K cameras.

A great top quality service. They know their kit and are happy to source make sensible suggestions. EG My husband was intent on a 'woofer' that would work in the Albert Hall! He was guided tactfully by Sound& Vision to purchase one that worked in the size of room we have.

5* Initially I contacted Sam @ Sound and vision home solutions for some help/advise with a cctv system that I had purchased/installed by another company. Sam was very helpful and helped me receive a full refund from the rouge tradesman MR LENZ.

Sam then came back and fitted a 40” tv on the wall for me and mounted a soundbar below in my new home, he is due back tomorrow as I have upgraded my tv.

I highly rate this company, very friendly, prompt response to messages etc and the highest standards of work.
