I haven't received the digital product I purchased from them, or any communication whatsoever, after a whole year of waiting

On January 21st 2025, I bought a digital Vocaloid product from PowerFX (now Soundation) soon before they rebranded and discontinued their Vocaloid products. The PowerFX website was still up back then, and the Vocaloid was stated as being In Stock on the product page.
A year later, I still have not received the activation code or downloader for my purchase. I have contacted Soundation many times requesting my product, but I have received absolutely no response, or any acknowledgement to know that they're even reading my messages and are working on it.
On Soundation's website page regarding their PowerFX Vocaloids, they have stated that they do intend to fulfill the orders that buyers like me are waiting for, but that fulfillment is slow due to manual handling of the activation codes for the digital products, and multiple parties being involved.
I understand some delay, however, a whole year of no fulfillment of a digital product, and zero communication, is just unacceptable. I think a reputable business would do more to work with the third parties involved and get their customers the products they've already paid for. That's what businesses do.
