The company is very useful and their employees are very kind and respectful. Their products are very high-quality and do exactly what they say. I would suggest the IEM buds to anyone with musical experience or gaming or casual use.

I recently purchased a set of Soundbrenner Waves to take advantage of their Valentines Day Sale. I received them and unfortunately, there was a problem. The output was low and they had no bass response.
I sent a message on the website's support page and was replied to on a Saturday evening at about 5:30 pm, less than 24 hours. It was actually Valentines Day!

After a few email exchanges with Ethan to make sure I had set them up and was wearing them properly, we determined they were defective. Hey, it happens!
Within 2 business days, I had a new set and they blew me away. These are baseline IEMs and they sound incredible for the price point, especially at the sale price. I expected they would be because I have a Pulse wearable that is very well made and never had a problem with. But I really applaud the time Ethan spent to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I was also happy to know I wasn't going deaf!

Found wave Pro IEM Buds to be all they are advertised to be. Sound quality is great. I am a sound engineer for my church and use them to hear what my singers are hearing in their IEM's.

This headset is in a world of its own.
I purchased this to use with my PS5 as a replacement for my Turtle Beach Stealth Pro headset & I have not been disappointed.
The sound quality is excellent & the added microphone makes chats very clear.
I 100% recommend this headset to anyone & have even convinced friends to buy this product.

I have two Wave IEM's from Soundbrenner. The regular (black) and the Wave Pro (Dark Gray). The only way I can describe the IEM's are "Balanced". The sound? Balanced. The fit? Balanced. The attention to detail? balanced. It is a pleasure to use these in all my audio needs. Both the Wave and the Wave Pro are the best IEMs I have ever used. You will be happy with these if you buy them. Stick em' in your ear! And, ENJOY!

I don’t know if you have tried the original wave ear monitors which by the way sound excellent! The only thing I didn’t like about the original wave is the cord. I think it’s a little too light. But again the sound is great! The wave 2 the cord is heavy duty! The spacer that comes on the cord makes them very nice. You tighten them as much as you like for a better fit. The highs mids and base on the wave 2 are really exceptional and high quality! They really suprised me in a good way! If you’re looking for some professional sounding ear monitors you need to seriously consider the wave 2 or the original wave for an extremely good price! I’ve had a lot more expensive monitors that didn’t sound any where near as good as these!

I’ve been using the Soundbrenner IEMs for both music and gaming, and they honestly exceeded my expectations.

The sound quality is clear and well balanced. Bass is tight and punchy without overpowering the mids, vocals are crisp, and highs are detailed without sounding harsh. Everything feels clean and accurate.

For gaming, they perform really well. Footsteps, gunshots, and directional cues are easy to hear, which makes a big difference in FPS games. The positional audio feels precise and immersive.

They’re also very comfortable for long sessions, and the noise isolation helps block out background noise. The build quality feels solid, and the detachable cable is a great bonus.

Overall, amazing value for the price highly recommended for both music lovers and gamers.

I had previously the first IEM’s that Soundbrenner offered and they were good and did the job but when I got the Wave Pro they hit it out of the park much better sounding than my more expensive IEM’s I’ve owned and the ease of use and rugged design are second to none best of the best number 1 in my opinion you need to check them out you will be just as impressed and pleased with the results and quality

I purchased the in ear monitors and the USB-C to 3.5 mm jack to use with my i-Phone. Both are well made and have functioned exactly as described. Using the IEM's combined with the adaptor to play my music is a game changer and definitely highly recommended. It didn't hurt that the prices were great and reasonable so thanks Soundbrenner!

If you haven't decide to get yours I can tell you , you are missing quality and best customers service experience. I just recently requested assistance with my product not only the customer was very personalized they went 200% to make sure My resolution was fast and to my satisfaction.

The company cares about you and that you are happy . Definitely best choice if you are looking good IEM.

The easy to navigate website and them showing genuine demos and reviews made the decision to purchase an easy one. As for the product itself it is the best IEMs I have used yet. Couldn't recommend them more! I haven't used click tracks or even tracked in a long time but these have made as easy as taking a hot knife to butter.

As a young drummer my focus was Jazz and Rock, playing in bands and competitions. That was a great time in my life. Fast forward to two years ago, I decided to get back into music and purchased a Roland VAD507…what a great decision as Roland makes a solid product.

Practicing with my Bose and Sony ANC headphones was great, though the bulk bothered me a bit. Enough for me to try something new.

While researching in-ears, I came across a deal from Drumeo and figured why not? They were ok, though I didn’t have anything from which to compare. I could never really get them to fit just right. Sound was fine, just not like headphones (duh!).

I continued researching for a better fit and sound. That’s when I came across Soundbrenner’s Wave in-ear’s. At the time, they were offering a respectable discount, and reviews from various sites and musicians came back positive.

Bottom line, they sound great and fit better than my pair from Drumeo. In the end, I decided to keep both pairs as I figured having redundancy would be prudent.

Now that Soundbrenner released their Wave Pro model, I can’t wait to try them and compare. I’m optimistic based on the original Wave and will be looking to see if the pro model will sound better (for the money) and still be as comfortable to wear for long sessions!

Lastly, I had few questions after my purchase and Ethan in customer support was very responsive. We shouldn’t be surprised by good customer service (my experience with Ethan) as that should be the standard…but nowadays we all have an unfortunate story or two.

I’m planning on giving you a large unfavorable write up. In good fate I bought this product followed all the rules and have been turned down 3 times for refund when I they didn’t fit my ears in one days time What bad ethics

I have two other sets of IEM's. My 5 driver imports quit working and my Shure SE425 won't stay put. So here's to buying a third set of IEM's. I was very impressed with the packaging and prompt delivery. I also love the fit and construction of the Waves in-ears. The reinforced loop around your ear solves a problem I've had with my Shure SE425's which constantly slip over my ear. The sound quality also is superior to the Shure SE425 IEMs. Hopefully, the integrity of the cable is good. The cable may be the only feature where I favor the Shure 425's whose cable is more rigid and a heavier gauge. At 1/3rd the $$$ of the Shure product these are a great value!!!!

I’m incredibly impressed! I have a set of custom molded in-ears that have treated me well for years, but I think one of the drivers is going out in the left ear. I saw these and thought, “What the heck! For that price if I don’t like them I’ll let one of my kids use them as headphones.”

The kids aren’t getting these! I plugged them into my Clav and wow! I swear it felt like I was sitting in a studio next to a huge speaker. The low end is concert quality, and the mids and highs are clear and crisp. I think these guys are going to permanently replace my customs and I can’t wait to plug them into the in-ear system and see if the quality is as good there!

Really good for fps gaming! My earbuds the left one had a fault that the connection pin wouldnt go all the way in leaving a gap! They worked fine, but even tho i just contacted support and they sent a brand new one without me have to send the other ones back! Really good service and thanks alot to Etan at customer service for a fast and good response !

Probably the best earphone experience
I've ever had. I forgot I was listening
with IEM'S. Literally sounded like expensive studio grade speakers were in front of me, especially (not lying) when I could feel the low end. That's an engineering feat. Unless I get given new IEM'S by another company, I'm set with these as long as they last. Ya'll probably don't need to make another pair because these are an industry standard that are hard to marvel, especially sounding like thousands of dollars, and quantity ain't always quality.

Clearly there's a priority for complete accuracy, with no gimmicks or digital trickery. Just a musician who shamelessly enjoys hearing the audio as if it was a clone from the original source. I could keep it at a low volume, still hear everything, turn it up, and get blown away by the fidelity. These deserve an award. A portable stadium show and a luxury studio in your ears.

A reinvention of the wheel, or more so how it should have been in the first place, but rubber was destined to pop. These are destined to hit every mark. I can sense that your team of people researched everything to make these Waves standout. I don't even give reviews often, but when I do it's because I feel impacted. It's not just about audio quality, but the human touch sensed in the design, and care you all seem to have for musicians, music enthusiasts, and their feedback!

I had a warranty issue with my Wave I.E.M`s the after sales service was excellent and the response very prompt .
After some misunderstanding with the fault a new pair was sent to me straight away .
