It's been amazing using these Soundbright Mini hearing aids. I was concerned that the earbuds wouldn't fit my ear, but they sent me many different sizes to fit! They are way better that I don’t have to change the batteries and nobody notices them in my ears

Very pleased with the hearing aids so far. I ordered them online on Amazon and they came right to my door. The customer service people responded quickly to my questions over email. Good price especially compared to more expensive hearing aids at the audiologist

Kairey was very helpful and professional in setting up my hearing aids. I previously wore behind the ear option for 4-5 years. I am happy with the clarity of the Sony CRE-E10. I am having an adjustment period due to in the ear vs behind the ear.

I have gotten such great information and service from day one! It's great to have such great support during these times when so many companies farm out their customer service to India, or other countries. It's hard to understand their representatives due to their strong accents. Now, with my new hearing aids, I shouldn't have quite as much trouble with that.

They don't work. On the phone I had a consultation with an agent. He directed me how to remove the click sleeve. I couldn't do it, even though I am a Mechanical Engineer. He directed me to use scissors and tweezer to remove which I did with much difficulty. I want to sit down face-to-face with someone to show me how they can remove the click sleeve on my other hearing aid. That supposedly was going to be set up but I never got a call. I think there is a problem with how these hearing aids we're assembled.
