The customer service is very responsive…

The customer service is very responsive on Instagram, 5 minutes answer with a direct support and when they noticed it was not working properly they directly replace the controller. They also tried to make it fit into my festival planning to make it happen, it was really perfect. Now I have a fully operational system working great
