A bit disappointed this time
Pros:
Sound quality, as ever, is great.
Very stable in the ear.
I really love the neckband so I can take them out and not be concerned about losing them.
Incredibly light weight.
The delivery was SO quick and they arrived well packaged.
Cons:
The headphones won’t create a permanent link to my iPhone so I have to disconnect and reconnect every time I turn them on. I’ve never had this issue with a pair before but it’s quite frustrating.
They’re less comfortable for long wear than ones I previously owned.

After LOTS of research I recently bought my first set of soundmagic E11s. I'm not putting for the money they are incredible. They are simply incredible. Irrelevant of price. Amazing sound quality.

The E11 in earphones are great sound magic certainly deserve the awards they have won they have but alot of effort into their products you get alot for your money
The E11 are clear the sounds are separated a very sophisticated sound i don't get audio fatigue when using them they are worth the money and perform better than more expensive earphones/IEMS have had in the past

This is the second pair of their phones I've bought (put the first through my washing machine) and these are even better. am writing to express my frustration regarding an ongoing issue with an order I placed for earphones with a C-type connection port. Despite ordering the product labeled accordingly, I was informed that the correct item—contradictorily—has a code ending in D. This inconsistency has caused significant confusion and inconvenience.
When I highlighted the issue, I was told I would need to cover the return shipping costs myself, despite the error not being mine. While I disagreed with this resolution, I had no choice but to comply. I returned the item, provided all the necessary details, and requested either a refund or the correct C-port earphones to be sent. However, since then, I have received no response or resolution from your team, even as I continue to receive review requests for this unresolved transaction.
The lack of communication and organization displayed in handling this matter is deeply disappointing. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue—either the correct earphones delivered to me or a full refund for the returned product. Please address this matter urgently and confirm the next steps.
