Had a session with soundminds recently. As it’s getting to the end of the year it’s a time to reflect etc and work on the things about myself I don’t necessarily think are good traits or good characteristic to have. I was able to talk to the team and they offered me some advice and tasks I can do to empower me on my walk of self reflection and growth. Thank you soundminds, will always recommend
