Beware of the fine print
I want to share the following situation.
On September 1st, I placed an order for 1397€, which was for me a significant amount. In less than 24 hours, I urgently requested the cancellation of the order. I made phone calls, sent messages via WhatsApp, and emailed them on the same day. They responded on the same day, confirming that the order cancellation would be processed.
I carefully reviewed the purchase conditions and found that they retain 5% of the cancellation amount for orders processed through PayPal, claiming that PayPal does not refund shipping costs. However, my order was never processed or shipped. I lost 70 euros just to place the order and had to wait for over 15 days to get the refund.
Unfortunately, this experience has led me to no longer consider them as a reliable option for future purchases.

Very good company. Their confirmation email got lost in my Spam folder but one email to them and all was well. Quick reply and very quick with shipping. Ordered on Monday, had it in my hands on Wednesday. (They're in Poland, I'm in The Netherlands). Will certainly buy from them again.

I recently purchased and shipped a Pulsar-23 from Sound of You EU from their store in Poland to Canada and had an excellent experience! Their team was very responsive, friendly, and transparent with all details during the shipping process and answered all of my questions. Was a bit nervous purchasing the synth online at first but they did a great job communicating with me. Hope this helps others thinking of international orders from this store!
