Overall great experience
Payment was easy and I got the feeling of reliability right away. It took a little longer to ship, but that’s expected during the festive period. When I checked in with them via instagram, they replied very quickly and kept me updated afterwards.

Brilliant customer service I wish they had an app though
The seller stopped answering my messages so the sound market costumer service team tried to call him for me, they were very responsive and made sure that I don't have to worry about my payment and that they will reimburse me if the seller doesn't answer in time, I highly recommend this website, very trust worthy and great customer service , they just need an application, I think it would make the experience easier. 8/10
