This is very disappointing to read, not to mention unfair comments. First up: your order was received on 29th July. I packed up the item immediately and it was shipped less than 48 hrs later (from the UK to Israel). The cost to to ME, as seller for the shipping (excluding packaging materials, labels and time) was £10.50 GBP! Furthermore, the Royal Mail and Israeli guidelines for UK > Israel packages if "5-7 working days". I received notice today (14th August, via Email) that you received your order and thanked for me it - only to then leave this misleading feedback. To be clear I made a LOSS on the shipping and sent it as soon as was practical. Thanks for the kind words on the other aspects of this order, but I have to say I'm surprised and disappointed :( John_

Received updates throughout the order process including pictures of the package before it was sent. Quick to reply to emails, CD exactly as described and packaged really well.

Friendly and speedy service with bags of personality
The business owner has a lot of personality and was very friendly (also super quick and detailed replies). Good back and forth with my enquiry and then my order, including a discount on a CD track I've been trying to track down for a bit. It arrived super quickly (posted same day if I remember right) and was securely packed, along with a smiley face sticker on the front (like I said, the owner has personality).
I'd have no issues buying from this website again, and I'd recommend this site to others who are interested in what it sells.
