I’ve ordered the PCR test day 2 with…

I’ve ordered the PCR test day 2 with them but the confirmed order shows it is antigen PCR test which might confuse immigration officers. I want to remove the word antigen out of the confirmed order. Please check and feedback to the user under order number CV19D200255686. Apart from that, they are quick and reliable provider I recommended.

Caught out by a sudden change of Covid…

Caught out by a sudden change of Covid entry rules the day before flying, I went with the Which top recommendation after some frantic Trust Pilot searches. While there are negative reviews, this was the best overall that I saw. Had no problems, tests turned up next day, results the day after posting back. Excellent, thank you Source Bioscience.

Great customer service

I bought 2 lateral flow tests for a Dec holiday. The travel rules subsequently changed and Tiegan at Source Bio Science kindly called me to answer questions I’d raised in an email. I’ve subsequently decided to cancel my holiday and returned the tests for which I’ll be receiving a full refund. Great customer service!

I ordered the wrong test then contacted…

I ordered the wrong test then contacted via e mail, got a very quick reply and cancelled the order.Then i ordered the correct one. I will get the refund maximum 10 days they said. great work and thanks for quick respond.

Excellent customer care

I ordered the wrong test set in error and therefore felt I may have to pay twice to correct my error. Shouldn't have worried. Quick email exchange and refund organised within 1 working day. All achieved on a Saturday evening. First class service!

A reliable and helpful company

I have used Source Bioscience several times this year for post-travel PCR and lateral flow tests. The service I have received has been excellent. When I have had queries about the tests, my emails have always been answered promptly, including on a Saturday evening on one occasion, and helpfully. Trying to negotiate my way around the UK government's requirements for testing has not always been easy and the staff have been willing and able to help. Source Bioscience may be a bit more expensive than some other test providers but they are reliable and prompt and I trust them.

Great service- I ordered the Covid 19…

Great service- I ordered the Covid 19 test kit on the companies website which arrived the next sent the sample back the next morning and I had received the results the following day so from posting the sample I had received my test results within 24 hours of the sample being sent. Great value for money too.

Day 2 LFT. No reference number

I bought a day 2 lateral flow test from this company. When I came to complete my passenger locator form I discovered they hadn’t given me a test reference number. So I had to phone the company from abroad to get the number. The woman I spoke to told me that there had been a ‘glitch’ and some of their emails had failed to include the reference number. No hint of an apology for what is a pretty bad error. Nor any recognition that I am having to phone them from abroad at the end of my holiday to get this information without which I wouldn’t be able to get back in the country. Not impressed.

Hopeless waste of money

Two immediate issues: I am inputting my date of birth using the year 1965 and am repeatedly told that I can't use a future date of birth (!?) and the written instructions don't match what the website, accessed through a QR code, is saying. The website appears not to allow a video test as per the instructions. Hopeless waste of money.

excellent!
I was messed around by another company and went to Source BioScience as recommended for Covid test for flight the following morning. They not only made the results happen but they went out of their way to help and comfort a very frazzled customer. I would like to say a particular thank you to Sarah McCormack who walked me through it all and called me personally in the evening to give me the results. the company put my faith back after dealing with two terrible rival companies.

Avoid, this poor service

I ordered 2 x day 2 tests 22nd October for arrival 23rd. It is now 27th, one has arrived on day 4, and other yet to arrive. Allegedly missing test signed for but not here. Trail shows not posted until 25th. Company very slow to respond with vary poor explanation. Avoid this company

Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered a day 2 PCR test a week ago for the passenger locator form, however there was no code included which was needed for the form. I have emailed and phoned the company but they have ignored all contact. I ended up having to buy another test from a different company. This is unacceptable so would like a full refund of £35 and an explanation as to why there was no code included.

Lateral flow test order

Ordered a lateral flow test for return from abroad - ordering process was straightforward and the test arrived next day. Had a problem with the code required for the government passenger locator form - the form wouldn’t accept the order number - after a slight panic I emailed the company and received a response with the correct code within the hour - on a Saturday. Hopefully they will sort out the problem with the code/order number but customer service was exceptional in the circumstances and the problem was resolved.

Very complicated and confusing as our…

Very complicated and confusing as our tour company arranged our testing?
Meaning I didn’t know who they were and had no idea of Post code. Sorc code had been thrown away as unaware we needed it any more. Very frustrating

We experienced quite some difficulty in…

We experienced quite some difficulty in accessing our results, but this was not the fault of Source BioScience itself. The Travel Company sent copious repetitive information as to the tour - and the crucial information as to the Postcode was among the chaff and so overlooked. Source Bioscience have been most helpful while the Travel Company have completely ignored our cry for help.

terminology improvement required

The terminology could be much clearer for ordinary mortals to understand. Retrieving the certificate at the end of the process was the icing on the cake for this older couple. Thankfully the young man we spoke to at your help desk was remarkably patient and very helpful - no doubt has had lots of practise.
