I am so amazed with Sourcebird's professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge. I definitely had a difficult request where I needed a lower MOQ. Stan found me some really reputable suppliers. I did find a supplier on my own and asked Stan to look into my find, only to realize it wasn't a real company. Stan knows all the valuable databases and certifications to look into to determine if companies are legit and reputable.

I was referred to Sourcebirds as a very user-friendly law firm when you're lost in the minefield of Chinese Law versus the familiar Westernised Law. Having bought an e-bike from a supplier that looked professional from the start and buying through the biggest e-commerce distributor in China by offering their buyer guarantee Trade Assurance Contracts, I felt confident through to the first part of the delivery and discovered that everything discussed was just a pack of lies and deceit to the point of criminal fraud and theft.
Learning the complexity of what was needed to be done, the process and costs still carried risks due to the black market alliances formed between the supplier and the distributor, the costs could have outweighed the purchase and the odds are heavily built around supporting the defendant
Stan from Sourcebirds was unbelievably supportive and took on board all of my concerns, then voluntarily walked me through the options plus any other option I could think of.
At the end of the day, although we never had a contractual working relationship, I was truly gratified to work with someone genuinely on my side.
Our brief encounter concluded with Stan offering that should I ever need to source something from China in the future, he would steer me towards more reputable suppliers and make sure I'm looked after.
