My Experience with the entire team from beginning to end at Source Investments has been flawless.

No hard sell just a refreshingly laid back attitude to let the opportunities/forecasted returns on offer speak for themselves. That said, Ollie & Tom were on hand to guide and support me through every step of my purchase and went above and beyond until I completed on my first investment at Brickworks, Cardiff.

After completion, the great service has continued with Robert and Amber too. When the pandemic hit causing the inevitable impact on lettings it was Ollie and Tom who proactively got in touch to support me through the unprecedented and uncertain times at the height of the pandemic.

Met the guys at Source not long ago while looking for property investment options around the UK. After meeting Oliver,Tom and Chris in London, it was obvious Source had a brilliant strategy in terms of investment and a detailed plan showing me, the Investor, exactly what to expect. Their approach is bespoke and transparent and led to me and my business partner to investing with Source in Cardiff. The Serviced Apartment is brilliantly managed by their in-house team, who have an excellent understanding of this market. Even through the pandemic,I was easily able to cover my running costs and return a profit. An excellent all round experience from the initial investment and purchase, furnishing the apartment to an exceptionally high standard while managing the apartment on a daily basis. Excellent service and will be looking at my next investment very soon. Thanks Oliver and the team at Source and not forgetting Robert who diligently manages the SA side of things.
