Cipriano and his worldwide package forwarding service is what you need if you are tired of the typical slow and impersonal experience from most mail forwarding companies. You will be talking directly to the person who will receive your package, answer your questions, offer suggestions to your shipping needs, arrange your onward forwarding. Most importantly, their charges are fair and cheap - you pay for a fee typical of what you would pay if you were to send the parcel yourself, which is inclusive of all their handling charges!

I am based in the UK and wanted to buy some items from Vinted in Europe. They don't ship to the UK so I looked online for a parcel-forwarding company. I have used one before and they are somewhat impersonal and there's always a worry with multiple parcels that some may get lost. I found Cipriano's website "Sourcing Italy" and felt that would be a better fit. Indeed it was! He made ordering 10 parcels from 3 different countries so easy. His service is very efficient and as soon as he had received all my parcels they were shipped by UPS the very next day and arrived extremely well packaged within a few working days! Fairly priced, contactable directly, efficient and trustworthy service. I felt my purchases were in safe hands and have since ordered 8 more items! I cant fault, thank you Cipriano 🙏🏼

Won't recommend this company. Was looking for a forwarder. Worked with them last year, even last year they rounded amounts, yelled that he couldn't find documents (then he suddenly found, which were inside the box) so I thought it will be better and he said this year he will work again. This year when I shipped parcels and Cipriano said it's a "wasting of time", don't send to them and threatened to DESTROY all the goods. Not mentioning he increased prices 30% and never told before. Imagine you buy lots of stuff and he is saying he will DESTROY it just because it takes space (which you are paying for) or his effort. I never saw service as bad as this. And I had to look for another forwarder urgently and when I found and sent them parcels, post was already Christmas overloaded, they are still not delivered. Lots of sales were lost because of him, his childish behavior and hysteria. Extremely unprofessional.
