Pharmacy fails to deliver
This is the pharmacy that produces Brello’s weight loss drugs. The drugs work well at the best price on the market if your insurance refuses to cover the prescription and you have to pay out of pocket. Great drugs at a great price … if you can get them.
Last year South End was slow. Now they have stopped providing medicine altogether to existing and new patients in some 20 states. They say they are “transitioning to a new larger production facility,” but the estimated timeframes they gave have come and gone for many people. They and Brello say they are looking into individual orders and working to get more accurate service estimates … yeah right. No one answers in customer service.
By canceling orders for existing patients in 20 states in favor of filling prescriptions for new customers in 30 other states, Brello and South End are undermining their own customer efforts to lose weight and stave off diabetes. Incompetent doesn’t begin to describe South End Pharmacy!
UPDATE — Mid-March and no service to customers in 20+ states. By now, I suspect instead of “current”customers, they’re all former customers like me. What a terrible way to run a business. It took me only 50410 seconds to connect with a new provider.
UPDATE — Last week of March. Brello map said 6-8 week “delay.” It’s 12 and growing. No medicine but lots of promotional emails explaining how 3,000 clinics nationwide trust Southendpharmacystore to fill their medicinal needs. 🤦♂️ Too bad real customers can’t!
UPDATE — Mid-April now. Brello talks about weeks worth of delay, but instead of four weeks it’s been more than four months. How could you possibly trust Southendpharmacystore.com or Brello?
