Needs a little more to be perfect!
Survey split into back office and front work; the back office has to improve taking care about incoming calls and requests, being seriously responding and taking follow-ups very serious. The front team on site was great, working precise and on schedule.

My son hit a tennis ball on the siding…
My son hit a tennis ball on the siding when he was 9 and it put a hole in the siding. We tried to get ahold of someone back then and never a response. By the way he is now 21...we gave up trying. I do however tell others about the customer service...

Have called for over a year to have a…
Have called for over a year to have a piece replaced in a window. Twice the wrong part was ordered. I have not heard anything since and just got tired of calling. On an occasion this winter I called about cold air coming in a window and got service right away. The problem was me because I had not been shown the correct way to close and lock the windows. I appreciated the quick response to that call. It just did not make up for my other problem.

Great Company, Great Service!
Southern Siding & Window installed gutters on our home and did a fantastic job. Their customer service was always prompt, kind, and courteous and they have followed up on their work since the job has been complete. I would definitely recommend them!
