The sales representative was very professional and friendly. We purchased metal black rods inside but the workers installed black metal on everything. The rep did not increase the quote.

We love our windows. We like the idea of not having to paint anymore or having stuck windows. The new ones from Southern Siding are great. Love the warranty too.

We are very please with our new gutters. We did not have to wait long for an appointment and the service was great.

They gave me a fair price, did a nice job on the installation of the gutters. they cleaned up after themselves too.

Southern Siding was the best choice I could have made for my home improvement. They were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions I initiated, concerns developed, and worked in a timely manner.

The job was completed but not on time as promised. A few areas look not as good as i expected.Bugs are passing behind the windows.
My home look much better but I am not completely satisfied and I did not get the gift card as promised.

Southern Siding provided , removed and installed 14 exterior windows in my home. There workforce provided excellent workmanship resulting in a spectacular quality finish of their product. I am a construction manager and I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality and expertise

Sales staff was absolutely awesome to deal with. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Installer was awesome as well. You could tell he's been doing this for a while not some fly by nighter. They did an absolutely incredible job. Finance was the only issue we had with this entire process. Had us approved for the full job with one provider but before job got started financing expired. Had to redo and pay more out of pocket and split between two lenders. Even with this, overall pleased with the entire experience

it has been a year since our windows have been installed. they did a bad job installing. nails coming up through the window frame sticking out to cut hands and fingers. some windows are crooked, all windows were smaller than the windows that were taken out so it left bare space on outside between new window and original siding. workers came back and added more trim around windows to hide hollow space. my 2 entry windows on each side of my door have still not been finished. they took out top and bottom windows and reinstalled only top window and put vinyl at bottom, did extra trim on outer top window but not on bottom.. TACKY..i requested management to look, they vowed to fix it this past spring but covering the bottom mess with vinyl, and fix nail holes but never came back. there is holes in my window junctions allowing hot air in and running my ac nonstop. called company several times and cannot reach CEO. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED in the whole project and as of right now will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OR REFER THIS COMPANY

I gave a 4 star because of the time it took for installation. Otherwise I am very happy with my choice. Was a bit on the pricey side.
