Fake extra charge? Update 072823

UPDATE: July 2023-NOW the Biden tax rate is over 26%. Vote Democrats out, please!
ORIG: Before Biden was elected, the Energy Adjustment Charge was under 5% of my electric bill. Last year, 2022, the charge was over 5% to 10% added to my bill. In early 2023, thus far, the charge is 20% of the bill. I spoke 2x with the business and told it was a necessary adjustment fee. I don't know whether to blame Biden or the electric company or both.
