This company is fantastic and very helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. I have been quoted very high prices to renew my garage roof and found southern sheeting on the Internet who made the items are required for this job. I phoned them and spoke to James, who saidif I sent him pictures and the measurements of the garage he would see if he could find somebody to do the job. A few days later to my surprise a man called Tony phoned me up and said that they recommended him to do the job, gave me a price which was excellent and came back a few days later to complete the job. Southern sheeting delivered the items right on time when the roofers had not been here long. they done a beautiful job. This all happened because I asked southern sheeting to help me. I highly recommend this company and a person they recommended.

Hi Catherine, We have reviewed your recent order and the circumstances surrounding it. Your original order you placed online was for a free click-and-collect at our Loughborough depot.
When you subsequently requested delivery, a quote was obtained from an external courier due to the distance of approximately 300 miles between our depot and your delivery address. This price was a direct quote from the courier and included the cost of placing the fragile product on a pallet and wrapping it securely for transit.
As requested, we have since processed a full refund for your order. We can confirm it is being processed and returned to your original payment method.
We are committed to transparency with all our customers regarding our policies and costs.

Only reason not to give 5 stars was cost of delivery quoted online which meant I had to collect, by industry standards, a small order.

My order wasn't large, but the communication and advice was excellent, and not rushed or pressured. The order arrived within the time promised and the delivery driver called ahead on the day to advise an ETA, my installer said the quality of the Millboard was fantastic. The finished project has had so many compliments. Thanks to the Midlands team.

Refreshing to deal with a company that that looks after their customer, from the sales to the forklift driver in the yard all were considerate, caring and genuine Whole large order of roofing sheets and sundries were available from stock. Will not look at using anyone else in the future after a bad and costly experience of using an online roofing supplier.
