Mike showed us a great presentation about the company and showed us a sample of the product and how their gutters keep leaves and debris out. Mike also showed us many color samples to choose from. When they came to install our gutters and downspouts, they were friendly and answered any questions we had. They also cleaned up and left everything the way it was before they came. Even after installation, we recieved a call asking us if we were satisfied. We are very happy with the whole process and would feel confident in recommending Southern Window and Gutter.

Had stock gutters, on the house. Southern Industries removed them and replaced them with gutters that were able to handle all but the worst of downpours. Have only had water go over the edges once. Looks nice plus they have the debris guard, on them to keep leaves and such out of the gutters. Plus they cleaned up, not only their trash but the old gutters. Very satisfied with work and materials.

Salesman who made first call was great. Installers were fantastic. Only issue was time frame to get job completed, but weather was main issue. Lot of rain in March and early April.

Great product, great customer service, and great financing options. Would definitely go with this company for other services.

My husband and I are very happy with the product. The gutters make our house look better and we noticed a major difference even with the first big rain. The only reason I knocked off one star is because of the wait to have them installed and then the workers were pulled away for days because of service calls instead of finishing our project. I'm glad the company is busy and popular, but customer service could use some improvement.

The sales guy was great. The installers did a great job installing the windows. The installers completed the job in a reasonable time frame. They also cleaned up around the house. The windows look good and have improved the appearance of the house. The windows replaced windows from 1964. The windows should help with the electric bill. This is a good company to work with for windows.

great product honest people. did not try to sale me anything i did not need, flexible, my schedule is crazy and they worked around me so i could be home because that made me feel better. the man that installed was very nice, he answered any questions i had and worked very fast and proficient. i will be using them again for other projects.
